Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Since our products are custom printed on demand, we have a limited return and replacement policy.
1. Replacement Eligibility
We only offer replacements in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or wrong design
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused by the customer or marked as undelivered, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product. The replacement will be shipped within our standard processing time.
