- Returns Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for processing any return or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear are not eligible.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
